This one was an old design of mine – OK, together with some really talented colleges from MM Works architect studio – with some hope that one day it may be realized in real life.
Hungary
Guest house in the contryside
Blender, Featured, Housing, ImagesA real nice and cosy guest house in the countryside somewhere in Hungary. A really nice place for spending your weekend! The great design is made by Miklós Miltényi and Katalin Iványi.
Time was short for this so the visuals made in just a few hours based on the architect’s model originally made with ArchiCad. It’s a great opportunity to import these models and make great images of them in just a few hours!

Another Family Villa in Budapest
Blender, Featured, ImagesOh yes there are several new family villas in Budapest… (Mostly on the hilly Buda side.) And many of them are really nice – especially if Miklós Miltényi and/or Katalin Iványi is involved in the design. And yes I do some visuals so the clients also can see that their house will be really cool.

Draw some attention Vol. 3.
Featured, ImagesThis time, we try to turn a – really very nice – design from the late 80’s into a little more up-to-date wine bar. (Wine bars are getting popular nowadays in Budapest.) It’s just a conception so no very much detail yet. Let’s hope that client will like it so we can go further…

Some Photos
PhotosAs a not-so-ordinary post here are some photos I made last year in Hungary, Belgium and Germany. Hope you like them.
Family villa interior
Blender, Featured, Housing, ImagesMaking some renders as a private project. The house itself was ready – you can find it on the blog – and I used it for playing with new render engine Cycles. It worked quite well – reached more than 7000 visits on Blenderartist forum and was chosen for the ‘Forum Gallery’ and for ‘Render of the Week‘ by BlenderNews. I hope you’ll like it too… 🙂
Cultural centre in Budapest
ImagesThe point of this competition was to convert a bus/tram terminal into a cultural centre. The original terminal was a one-storeyed round building was built in 1944. Some additional areas had to be added so new levels must have been built/designed. Our entry was designed by Miklós Miltényi and Emese Virt added another circular levels similar to the original building and the whole design was given some little more spin. On the extra levels a concert hall a bar and an exhibition area was formed accompanied with some terraces with nice view to the city.
My part was to make some visualisations as usual…

Best of Plan/Factory
Featured, Houses, ImagesIt is quite comfortable to push new things on a blog BUT some nice stuff sink easily in time… So there are some images worth to check.
Enjoy them!
This post will be available in the menu and some more to come so check back soon… 🙂
Residential complex in Budapest
Houses, Housing, ImagesConception plans for a residential complex consist of approximately 3000 flats. Many concepts for the residential and for the public buildings were made. In addition to the dwellings we designed sport facilities, kindergarten and school as well. Our goal was to create a solid and diverse design in the same time.
